What do you sell?

We focus on Pop Mart collectibles — including mystery boxes and open-box figures. Every piece is carefully chosen for collectors.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping speed depends on order volume.

Orders are packed in the order received, and we often work through high volumes. Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your package ships. We appreciate your patience!

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship across Canada and the USA with tracked delivery options:

Within Canada:
• Standard: Tracked Parcel (2–8 business days)

To the USA:
• Tracked Packet: 8–16 business days

Free shipping applies on qualifying orders. Checkout automatically shows the fastest available option for your location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or seasonal demand.

Do remote areas cost more to ship?

Yes. Remote Canadian or US addresses have carrier surcharges.

A flat rate of $65 CAD applies for Remote Canada Shipping or Remote USA Shipping.

This includes areas like Northern Ontario, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Do I save on shipping when I order more items?

Yes! When you order multiple items in one purchase, we’re able to combine them into one shipment, which reduces the average shipping cost per item.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees on my international order?

Yes, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my order is marked delivered but I didn’t get it?

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we can no longer take responsibility.

Check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office.

If you suspect theft, please file a claim with the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.

Can I return or exchange items?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of blind boxes and collectibles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled by 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) the following day, as we begin processing and shipping most orders within 24 hours starting at 9:00 AM.

What’s the deal with “Open Box” figures?

Our open-box figures are brand new and remain sealed in foil packaging.

We identify the character without unsealing — similar to Pop Mart’s POP NOW feature — allowing you to choose your figure while ensuring it stays untouched.

How do I know my figure is authentic?

All figures are 100% authentic, sourced from official Pop Mart cases or verified stock. You can confirm authenticity by:

  1. Scanning the QR code on the box.
  2. Entering the scratch-off code on Pop Mart’s verification page.
  3. Checking the Pop Mart logo under UV light (on some figures).
  4. Reviewing the sharpness of details and paint.
  5. Inspecting packaging seals and branding.
  6. Viewing our proof of purchase posts on Instagram.

What happens if I file a chargeback?

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery and documentation. If a chargeback is filed on a fulfilled order, we submit all evidence to the payment processor.

Note: Filing chargebacks on valid purchases may result in a permanent order ban. Please contact us first — we’re happy to help!

Yes. mini cube club is a registered sole proprietorship in British Columbia, run by a small team passionate about curating genuine collectibles for fans.
